All sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.

We are not responsible for refunds or exchanges for products purchased through third-party retailers or websites other than www.jaysjoints.co. Please contact the place of purchase directly.
2. Order Issues
If you purchased directly from our website and encounter an issue, you must contact us within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for review. Refunds or exchanges will not be considered after this window.
We do not issue refunds based on individual reactions or product effectiveness.
3. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us on the day of delivery at info@jaysjoints.co with:

Your order number in the subject line (e.g., “DAMAGED PRODUCT – ORDER #1234”)

Photos of the product, packaging, and packing slip
Once we receive the required information, we will review your claim (may take up to 5 business days). Failure to provide the requested details may result in denial.
Do not ship anything back without speaking to us first. Replacements require return and inspection of the original item.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Jay’s Joints is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the order has shipped and tracking has been provided.
We strongly recommend purchasing Route Shipping Protection at checkout. If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged and you purchased protection, please file a claim directly with Route.
Shipping protection fees are non-refundable.
