At Jay’s Joints LLC, we offer fast, reliable local delivery with a focus on simplicity and transparency. Please review our shipping and delivery policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Delivery Timing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Free same-day local delivery is available for all orders processed before 3:00 PM ET within Raleigh, North Carolina.
Orders processed after 3:00 PM ET will be delivered on the next business day.
There is no minimum order amount for local delivery.

2. Delivery Area

Jay’s Joints offers free local delivery within Raleigh, North Carolina.
We ship and deliver only within the state of North Carolina.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship or deliver outside of North Carolina.
Weekend and holiday deliveries are not guaranteed.
All deliveries must be made to verified North Carolina addresses.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and legally eligible to receive hemp-derived products in North Carolina.

4. Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a delay occurs.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Jay’s Joints is not responsible for lost or stolen orders after delivery has been completed.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is marked as delivered.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us on the day of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.

6. Product & Age Disclaimer

Products are intended for adult use only (21+).
Products comply with the 2018 Farm Bill but may not be legal in all states.
Jay’s Joints ships and delivers only within North Carolina.
